is there a connection in cervical mylophathy and bladder infection

Hi I am 34 years old , ten years ago I had an accident I failed while I was walking since then I am having pain on my back, nick and on my leg too, now a days I am loosing my balance time to time it become hard to walk without support before five ‘year’s I had been told by a doctor that my medical report shows neck injury decompression called Cervical Myelopathy C3-C4.leavle
Before medical report I have no idea abut my situation
As the result I have been suffering neck pain, weakness on the leg and bowel pain .Due to these pain I could not be able to walk or ambient my self with out support of 2 walking stick barely to keep my balance .
On June 25/2002 I had multi-Level cervical laminectomy after the surgery I was advised By Dr Neurosurgeon to follow up to continue on out patient Now I have question before 2 / 3 years I am having problem my left Ear hearing ability decrease by half percent and again I have bladder tube infection. I am worried a lot about this problem Now I need your advice is there any connection in-between Cervical Myelopathy and bladder infection, does it have any connection with my hearing problem
What do you suggest me to do in order to improve my situation, I need your expertise advise How can avoid this pain ?
