Puzzled

I am a mother of 3 and had normal pregnancys with all of them. For the last two months I have been having unpretected sex and have showed signs of being pregnant. I have taken 3 pregnancy test and all have come back negative. Since my last test I have been spotting for the last 3 weeks on and off with the dark brown and red blood and im not sure if I should be concerned or not. What do you all think?
