I have been dealing with muscle pain, numbness and everything on the lower half of my body. My body goes numb but can still feel it and it feels as if deep tissue pain, not bone or anything like that very hard to explain. I have pain points in my back in my chest middle of chest bone, my arms it just feels like some days i cant even move i am in so much pain. I am going to see a specialist in 2 months but maybe some suggestions on this to help deal with the pain would be great. If i am in any type of cold weather i ache like i have the flu that is the only way i can describe the feeling of that. Its almost everyday though i might have 2-3 good days per say a month but other then that i ache all the time. HELP been suffering for years, and only now having a dr look at it seriously the next 2 months will be so hard to get through any suggestions would help.
