Ventolin and tachycardia?

by speckle99, Jul 21, 2008 02:41PM
Hi im an 18 year old female whose suffered with asthma for years; as a kid i was prescribed with Ventolin and becotide but i could never get the prescription straight, i would use ventolin twice everyday and the becotide in cases of attack ( really dumb move i know). Its only lately taht i recognized the error of my ways but now i find my self dealing with persistent tachycardia, my resting heart rate is 100. So now im wondering what exactly are the effects of long term ventolin use nd could ventolin be the source of my problem.Thanx
