worried about stds

i recently had sex with a guy who was a virgin. a few days later, he told me that he noticed small red dots on his penis, and that he was worried about herpes. i have had sex with multiple partners, and been tested, and i'm probably worrying more than i should be, but he is concerned becase there is nobody else he could have gotten anything from. i feel like i should get tested again, but is it all in my head? and is it possible for an std test to be wrong?

also, im not showing any symptoms nor have i before, but ive heard you can go without them for a long time.

Red spots on his penis can be from many things, and he needs to get checked by a doctor before jumping to conclusions. If you are concerned, you can ask your doctor if you've ever been tested for herpes.
