Nodules Growing...now what...treatment or surgery?

nodule in upper pole of left lobe measures 2.4 x 1.3 x 1.4cm. It is isoechoic to adjacent parenchyma and the size has increased since previous exam. ther is increased vascularity associated with this nodule. second nodule in inferior pole of 1.7cm.
Superior nodule has increased in size x 5mm and the inferior pole nodule has increased in size x 2mm over past two years.
What should be done? treatment or surgery?
