abdomial pain relieved by bowel movements
distension
looser stools with the onset of pain
passage of mucus in stools
more frequent stools with pain
constipation
a lot of pain in ibs is caused by spasms in the gut and can sometime be called visceral pain and can be accross the whole abdominal most people feel it in the left ot lower right but it can be felt in the middle as well
back pain is also common and this can be from trapped gas in the gut putting pressure on the tummy etc
u should go to your personal doc with this as if it is ibs it can be treated with various diets certain meds and lifestyle changes etc
ibs does not damage the intestinal tract
