Massage - herpes or inect bite

I received a massage at an asian parlor 3 days ago.  The girl kept her panties on but I think she sat on top of
my buttocks for a while while she gave me a massage.  I did touch her a little under her panties but not penetration.
She did touch my testicles mostly and some of my penis shaft.

I noticed that in one day to 3 days a few pimples appeared.  They had a slight itch, no blisters and went away in a few days, although I noticed that one is still there.  They are not clustered.  Then I got a slighlty bigger one on my
butt that if I hadn't had the massage, I would say it was a mosquito bite. I itched it..

I did not notice any blistering on her.  But I keep reading about this shedding and am wondering if she could have shed the virus on my butt from her butt.  Skin to skin?

Am I at risk for any STD?

Your contact with this woman was, at most, masturbation.  STDs are not spread by masturbation.  The spots you describe could be an everyday boil or pimple and is nothing to worry about.  What you describe does not sound like any common STD.  My advice - stop worrying about this is not an STD, particularly herpes which you seem to be asking about indirectly.  No testing is needed.  EWH
