neg test

i stopped taking my (YAZ) BC pill in june because i ran out and had to see a doctor to get refill so i had to miss a month. anyways i get my P on time every month (every 28 days with out fail) this month i was supposed to get it on the 19th and have not had any signs of getting it. with my first preg i never had any signs of pregnancy and test came pos when i was like a week late. i took home preg test now and came back neg. we did have unprotected sex on the last day of my ovulation time and we did the pull out method. i have read that when you stop BC pills its possible u can be late. usually when i stop pills i always get it early or on time. im not sure if i should wait a few more days or if i should go get blood work done. any suggestions. i know every pregnancy is different does this also include a neg preg test? im not trying to get preg but if it happens i will have to deal with it at its time.

you could be pregnant, it could be the pill. you have to wait a little longer and test or get a blood test
