Hi,

How many weeks pregnant is she?
Fluid filled spaces in the fetus brain are most commonly choroid cysts.
Choroid plexus cysts are seen in about 1-2 % of pregnancies scanned between 16 and 24 weeks of gestation.
These cysts are present usually on one or both sides of the brain. They disappear after 28 weeks of gestation and have no effect on fetal development.
Very rarely it may indicate trisomy 18, in this case further investigations become necessary.
Do let me know if you need more information. Keep us posted!
