Looking for info. on Dr's in Nevada

My daughter's was diagnosed with ACM last week. We are scheduled for first appt. w/ Neurosurgeon Aug.1.  We live in Nevada. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of NS in Nevada with any experience in this area. We've got a million questions, but I'll hold them till we hear what NS says.

There are no specialist in Nevada . Dr. Oro is who I would recommend in Colorado

He does seem to be held in very high regard, and would be closer for us then the Chiari Institute. Thank you for your input.
