Right ribe cage pain when walking

by blah14, Jul 22, 2008 02:17AM
Im 34yrs female and I have just recently given up smoking.  I have noticed when I go for my morning walk after 1 minute Im getting pain in my right ribe cage simular to a stitch .  Its in the middle of my ribe cage under my arm and stays in one general area.  As soon as I start to run it goes away.  After I have rested and I walk around the property it comes back again if I walk for more than 45 seconds.  Its really weird and has been going on now for 3 days.  Apart from that I feel fine, I eat really well and get plenty of sleep and Im not stressed at all.
Any ideas?
