i got married 7 months ago,me and my hubby,two of us are trying to concieve a baby but every month when my periods start we face a heavy disappointment?suggest us something

If you are in your twenties, they don't typically worry until you have gone a year without conceiving.

Its best to have sex every other day around the middle of your cycle.

peek is right, it takes the average couple over a year to conceive.  There is only a 20% of conceiving every month as long as there are no other medical issues.  It took me over a year and a half to conceive my son.  I thought there was something wrong with me also.  You can buy some ovulation predictor kits, they tell you when you are most fertile and when you are about to ovulate.  You can also take your basal body temperature to see when you ovulate and this way you can get more of an understanding of your body.  Go to fertilityfriend.com to learn more on temping.  Good luck, I know how frustrating it can be.
