DARK Blood in spit

Over the past few days (Starting about 6 days ago) I started to get Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye) in my right eye. The doctor told me that it was a viral problem likely caused by Adenovirus. About 5 days ago I developed a fever that has lasted continuously, and now I have had a sore throat the past couple days.
However, now I am having a problem with spitting up blood. At first it was a little bit a couple days ago, and my doctor said that it was likely a capillary burst. However now I am spitting up dark CHUNKS of blood, so dark that I didn't even think they were blood at first. It has happened now three times this morning, the first time with the largest chunk. I have NOT been coughing at all, my only symptoms are listed above. I am almost completely better (eye almost fully back to normal, sore throat dwindling, and fever settling down to a more mild level), but this blood thing is now scaring me.
I am 16 years old and work as a camp counselor, so I'm sure I know where I got the virus...If anyone has any advice or similar experiences, help would be great.
