Thin uterine lining in early pregnancy?

I am currently 4 weeks, 3 days pregnant. I had my first HCG Beta 13 dpo and it was 145. It rose to 429 when I was retested 15 dpo. Also my progesterone rose from 14.1 to 17.9. My estradiol is 194 15 dpo. My uterine lining was a 6.9 when they checked me on cd 15 which was 3 dpo. My RE wants me to take another blood test in 2 days and then go in for a sono in 3 days to check that my lining is ok. Should I be concerned about the thin lining? I've been on estrace since cd 10 so is it possible it increased even more since I was 3 dpo? Should I be concerned? Thanks!
