headache upper back pain slight cough

I have had upper back pain and headaches for about 4 days , it goes through my chest and back and i have a slight pain in my upper espogus , i feel like **** , i went to the emergency room , they ran ekg and chest xray , blood work , it was all normal other than they said my white blood cell count is a little higher , most likely a virus thay said , i don't think so , something dosen't feel right !
