Hormones and pregnacy

I was told that I would have to lose weight to get pregnat! I am doing so right now. I'm not trying to get pregnat yet but when I decide to I want to know If having a high hormone account is bad? If it will cause for me from becoming Pregnat.

And if so what do I have to do so that won't happen.
