Second, trust that you will be ok. Think about how many times you've gone through this and lived and ended up fine. This one will be no different. You are in a panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack. You will survive. Trust that. Beileive it.
Third, ask the panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia to give its best shot. Seriously, you have to mean it. Let it knock you out. Let it do whatever your worst fearFears and phobias is. Ask it to. Mean what you say. Ask it to increase in severity. You know what? It won't. It will actually diminish.
Fourth, give yourself credit for small steps. If you feel it dimish because of something you've done. Give yourself a pat on the backBack pain - low Back strain treatment. Good job!
Fifth, try occupying yourself and your mind with something else. When you walk, what do your feet feel like. When you type what does the keyboard feel like?

First, Accept it. You do believe it's a panic attack correct? OK. Accept it's a panic attack. No one dies from them. So your mind is creating scenarios that have 0% chance of occurring. Accept that.
