Is there any permanent cure for Diabetes any were in the world

Hello,

In regard to Type 2 diabetes, some people find a "cure" through weight loss and maintaining it. For Type 1 diabetes, the only known cure is an islet cell or pancreas transplant, but both are very involved surgeries as you can imagine and not undertaken in many people.
