17 week ultrasound sonographer couldn't find babys stomach

I had a ultrasound yesterday and I'm 17 weeks this is my 3rd child and they said they couldn't find my baby's stomach they are sending us to a neonatal specialist to have a more in depth sonogram done in 2 weeks has anyone ever heard of this can't find any info on the internet... also she has some fluid around her kidneys,anything would help thanks
