heart? angina?

I recently went on vacation and experienced tightness in my chest and pressure in my head when walking.  This happened 3 mornings in a row.  I also had and episode of feeling yucky while getting ready to go out for the evening. Dizzy, nauseated...not well.  My friend (nurse) brought her bp cuff for her son and took my BP it was 170/130.  Not normal for me.  I took 2 motrin and rested on my back for about 20 minutes and felt better.   Before vacation I walked on the tread mill once a week and didn't have these symptoms.  When I had the tightening in chest and head pressure I was walking about 8 blocks against a beach breeze.  I had to sit down for a few minutes to get it to subside.  I am overweight.  I don't take an meds.    My gpa died of heart disease at 50, my dad had quad bypass at 58, mom had bp probs and died of colon cancer.   Just wondered if it could be that I'm just overweight and starting menopause. I'm 42.  Have alot of headaches, tried neuro but gave me alot of meds for migraine none worked and the best one for migraines (for get the name) gave me chest pains and pain in my arm the first time i took it . so I gave up on helping my headaches.  don't take anything except motrin.
Thanks for help
