Not sure when I conceived PLEASE HELP!!!!

Ok so this is the story - My last period started on the 20th of May and ended on the 24th. I went in for a breast augmentation on the 19th of June where they did do a pregnancy test that came back NEGATIVE. All of this time I have had unprotected sex with my long term boyfriend. Three days later on the 22nd I had unprotected sex with an ex. On the 24th or 25th and pretty sure it was the 25th I took Plan B(emergency contraception) and also confirmed with him that he did NOT in fact ejaculate inside of me. I was thinking that I was supposed to get my period during the week of the 23rd to the 27th and did not. I took a pregnancy test on the 27th and 28th and both were POSITIVE.
My questions are this:
1. I have been to the doctor and by LMP i am 9 weeks, by ultrasound im exactly 7 weeks? Will the IV sedation from the surgery have possible effects on the fetus and if so what?
2. My doctor is predicting that I conceived on the 15th. How accurate is this prediction? and is it based on the ultrasound of 7 weeks. ( Im not sure but I dont think that I am on a 28 day cycle I believe it is longer although I dont count either)
3. Is there a possibility that I could have gotten pregnant on the 22nd with my ex? EVEN after taking the emergency contraception and get a positive pregnancy test in 5 days from unprotected sex on that date. Please help this is making me panic. Any medical advise would be greatly appreciated.

srq911--it looks like your plan b didnt work.....and yea, it seems like you may have gotten pregnant(i'm guessing), a week before you had sex with your ex.....but just in case, and i know youdon't want to, you may want to talk to your bf.....
