vomiting and dizzyness

i never notice when i am hungry and when i realize i havent eaten anything all day i am sp angry i dont want to make abything. in the last two days i have eaten a baked potato and a 6 inch tuna sub and yesterday i threw up in the theatre and was extremly dizzy and now it is the day after and i am still dizzy and throwing up. could it be from not eating or from something i ate? i try to eat somtehing today but i just throw it up and i cant do anything but keep my head down because as soon as i lift it i get extremly dizzy again. i want to eat something but i cant make it up my stairs without falling. am i the onlhy one like this?

Dear mergennn,

Please go to yhe hospital.  Your sodium levels could be so low and heart rate too and if so you could be at risk for heart irregularities and pass away.  

Do you have a slow heart rate? I have both and am at risk for death too.

I believe you have a stomach virus. The first thing I would do is yes, go to the hospital if it's something more serious. A stomach virus can be easily treated at the hospital. The key to the solution is more water.
