PAIN FACE DOWN NECK THROUGH SHOULDERS

IN THE PAST I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH AN EPISODE OF VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA. I DON'T THINK THIS HAS TO DO WITH THIS PROBLEM.
IN THE LAST MONTH I KEEP HAVING AN EXTREME PAIN WHICH LASTS ABOUT 1-2 MINUTES GOING FROM THE TOP OF MY EAR AREA GOING DOWN TO MY CHEST. THE PAIN IS SO EXTREME. IT REALLY FRIGHTENS ME. I HAVE NEVER FELT ANYTHING LIKE THIS. COULD THIS POSSIBLY BE TMJ.
