M/c dream could it mean anything?

Okay well i am basically just a little nervous because I had a VERY vivid dream last night (woke up crying) that i had this m/c. It was so horrendous and scary and most of all realistic! im scared its my body sending my brain a sign that maybe the baby died already. Before i got my BFP I had a very real dream that i woke up and tested and got a bfp which had never happened to me in my whole 2 years of ttc before. I never dreamed bfp ever until the week i actually got it Im so scared have any of you had dreams about m/c and been fine?

I have been having nightmares about miscarrying this one since I found out that I was pregnant.
I am now 12w 1d and so far everything is fine. I think my worries will be laid to rest at the next ultrasound. (have had 2 so far and everything was fine)
