implementation pain?

I am TCC. I had o pains when I ovulated, but then about a week later I had the same kind of O pains. My period is not due until thrusday. and I am have major heartburn and nausea. I feel achey all over. My nipples itch to no end. I have not tested yet so I was wondering if the second O pains could have been the egg implanting itself.
