Refuses to do poopoo on the toilet

My daughter is two months away from turning 4 yrs old. She refuses to do potty on the toilet, however is ok with peeing on the toilet. She had a set back when she turn 3yrs she was fully potty trainined. She suen ddently stop doing both on the toilet, I got her peeing back in about 2 days. But then began to hold her stool in for days then turned into a week. She then pooping was very painful which made her refuse to so poop. After two weeks she was taken to the doctor and is now taking miralex. Which it does help loosen the stool but still refuses to go on the toilet. She cries and says it hurts her. Am lost i dont know what to do anymore. Nothing works.

I don't know anything about miralex, but I use Benefiber for my almost 4 yo son. See a more detailed explanation in another post in this forum - "almost 4 and not fully potty trained"
