sharp pains in stomach , chest and pelvis

As well as gassy stomach and diahorrea what does this mean? Sorry if i posted in the wrong forum.

Never had sex or any other illness. The most i've had is a cold.

Sorry, your question is not clear to me. Did you have some sort of test and this part of the results? Did a physician write those comments? If I had more information I may be able to respond better to your question. Sorry, Tuck

How long have you been having these pains?
Do you think you could have an intestinal virus of some kind?

Having pelvic pain could cause stomacj upset and upper body pain. But you ahould defenitly have this checked out by a DR especially if your experiencing pain in your chest.
Symtoms of a heart related problems can include abdominal pain and stomch problems or fullness. So its better if you just have it checked out asap.
Things like IBS, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, appendcitis can cause pelvic pain along with an upset stomch and upper body pain.
So really it could be caused by many issues and the only way to tell is by seeing a DR.
I hope your able to get an app and have this pain take care of.
