As far as I know, there is no danger to the baby if ever you breast feed. These fibroadenomas should be followed up and would indeed warrant another biopsy if there are significant changes such as increase in size, change in contour, or appearance of satellite small lumps. However, fibroadenomas and fibrocystic breast changes does not remarkably increase the risk of developing future breast cancers.
It is also best to ask your future pediatrician regarding the benefits and techniques for breast feeding. You can also monitor your fibroadenomas through regular physician visits, as well as through imaging studies such as mammograms or ultrasound.
Regards.
