right ovary adnexa well defined cystic mass lesion

My Wife had 04 abortions and in the last abortion which was done by a doctor by using Mifeprestone medicine. after this she started feeling pain in lower stomach. now after sonography the result is "In right ovary adnexa well defined cystic mass lesion of size 4.1*3.6 cm is seen"

I'm sorry I have no idea,but I'm sure you'll get some answers/ You could also post on the ovcy board. Those ladies there have lots of info about cysts and all. Good luck i hope it turns out to be nothing to worry about.~~~Joanne
