I'd put a call into your doctor and get a quantitative blood test. If it's 5 or below it's considered negative for pregnancy. Over 5 positive, but if it's too low to affect an HPT you will probably want to monitor it every 2 days to make sure the levels are increasing.
Like I said, it could just be from missing those pills AND now being stressed about it.
