Depending on the doctor and the lab, you could possibly find out the same day I would think. But probably by the next day??? I would call your doc and find out. It probably varies from doc to doc and also based on how busy that lab is, etc.

Thanks! I have a scheduled appt. on Friday afternoon, and if I'm still spotting, and AF still hasn't arrived, I may ask them to do that blood test. After all, I'll be there anyway, I may as well.

I had a pregnancy blood test done of a monday and by tuesday my tests were in. Unfortunetly, i was not pregnant but I just finished my period so we'll try again. Good Luck! Pray for me.

my doc gives them the next day, i went last time on Fri and had to wait until Mon! it was awful...I would ask to see if they can rush them or something...for your peace of mind. btw...AF showed after my spotting. i am guessing my m/c messed up my hormones and thats why i started a week after O. better luck next month!

Yeah, my blood test being Friday, I may have to wait until Monday to get the results. Who knows though. . . maybe by then AF will show up which will definitely confirm to me a BFN. I was originally going to do a HPT on Friday, but I will only be 13 DPO, and for some reason, just feel inclined to wait a few more days. I know there have been stories on this forum about people getting BFP's as soon as 7 DPO, but I also know it's rare. Gosh - I was reading that really a woman should wait a FEW DAYS after AF is due to test. That surprised me.
