similar problem

by mogur00, Jul 23, 2008 11:21AM
i've had a similar problem; i'll quickly describe:
thin, milky substance at the end of urination stream... Followed by discomfort (no pain) in bladder - feel the need to urinate shortly afterwards, but upon attempt to urinate, very little or no urine is present. If i do urinate a little, the feeling goes away for a short time, then returns. If i just hold it in for 20-30 mins, the feeling usually subsides.

I have noticed a potential link of this issue to being aroused (but not ejaculating) when i've had multiple days of no sexual activity.

The problem seems to occur at random other than the link mentioned above - it is VERY infrequent (months, years) and thus of no concern to me, but i do find it quite strange.

This discussion is related to Milky urine at end of stream.

Hi,

Are there other signs or symptoms present?  Pain in urination, urgency and frequent urination suggest presence of infection in your urinary tract. Urinalysis may be necessary to help rule out an infection. Culture of the prostate secretions and urine may be able to help ascertain the presence of an infection. In some cases, a digital rectal examination may be done to help rule out a prostate conditions. With its infrequent presentation it is best to see a urologist to reach a definite diagnosis. Take care and keep us posted.

Im 19 and im having the same problem. Im not sexualy active, i often go to the gym, (once or twice a week). i eat healthy and ive had no medical problems befor. This has been happening me for years, but a couple of weeks ago urination and after was very painfull but no milkyness. lasted 30min to an hour. Any time a urinated after that was fine, i gave a urine sample to my GP that day and he said he seen nothing wrong, just urine was a bit acidic? i didnt mention the milkyness.
