Penis curvature

My boyfriend is 17 and he is currently in a depressed state.he has a 30 degrees penis curvature.is this consider serious and require immediate medication?by the way,his penis curves downwards when it erects,some sort like a banana.basically,it doesnt hurt when we have sexual intercourse.but he did complain that he will feel uncomfortable when the penis got too hard.he desperately wants his penis to be straight,is there any healthy methods or medication?is his condition bad?
