I have sores all over my body, I believe that I have spread them by picking at them. The sores are basically a circle, with a raised middle, inside is a clear fluid that if you try to pop it, it explodes then blood will shoot out of it after a clear liquid. ( they spread ) They hurt and never fully go away until months later but there is still a trace of them by a discoloration of the skin. They return almost every time before my period. I used to take Lexapro and I continued to get them when I stopped I still have them, when I was on Wellbutrin they stopped. I have them behind my ears in my scalp, chest ,back, rear end and also under the hair in my private area. I stared to get them when I became pregnat with my son 2 years ago, It is out of control and my healthcare provider does not cover dermatologist, my regular doctor is not really sure told me to take zinc oxide. No one has seen the sores(medically by the time I get in they are partially healed. Please help. before I get them I can feel a under the skin sort of pain.

You may have hidradenitisis supperativa(HS) (sp?). I have it too. Had it since I was about 12. I have not found anything that helps except surgery to completely remove them (you have to get the entire infection or it just comes back in the same spot). If you can find a doc to remove them everytime they appear (good luck with that) it will be so much more manageable. Nothing will help - sorry for the grim prognosis. It happens because hair follicles get blocked and if you have HS your skin kinda FREAKS out and goes into infection overdrive. I feel your pain (literally). I also get them wayyyyy worse when I am in the first two weeks of my cycle. After I ovulate they go down a bit until a week or two later. My best advice is to find a great doc - pills and creams and injections will not stop them but the doc will try to shove them at you - and have them excised as soooooooon as they start coming up. Like I said, good luck with that: I have yet to find a doc that will do it and they just don't seem to understand the amount of pain I am in. I hope you find someone - feel free to message me.

Thank you very much for your answer, I don't know if that is it, because it seems that you are in more pain then I am. they are painful but it  is more like a blind pimple sort of hurt. But I do seem to get this after ovulation and before my period. I also looked your illness up on the web and saw some pics, it does not look like that.

To: doctor please
The sores are not a cluster but One and then another, the only one that is close together is the one in my vaginal area. but this still is separate.
