Light Blood Clot in the left eye

by Kywog, Jul 23, 2008 03:10PM
I wear contacts, have a little blood clot in the left eye which is light pink.  Can I use visine to clear this up?

Visine will not clear up blood.  Your body has scavenger cells and macrophages to do that, but it will take a week or two.  If you have eye pain, discharge, significant redness or loss of vision, you should see and EyeMD for evaluation.
