pregnacy symptoms negative hpt

I have sore breast tender nipples, nausea, lower back pain, tired and constipation. I have irregular periods so i cant go by that. I took a hpt and it was negative how long sould i wait to take another one or should I make a doctors appointment?

A pregnancy test will typically give a positive result about 2 weeks after possible conception so you can test based at that time if you know these dates.  If not, wait a week and retest or you could visit your doctor earlier to get a blood test.
