Am I at risk ("grinding" with a sore)?

A few months ago I had a one night stand with a 40 y/o white f. I'm 27. I had protected sex twice with a condom. She provided the condoms, if that matters in assessing my risk. The first time I went limp after 3 minutes (I was drunk) and took the condom off and washed off in the bathroom. The condom was covering almost all of my penis when I took it off; maybe the very, very bottom of the shaft was exposed, but not for long because there was extremely little penetration because I was drunk. The second time I had sex until completion with another condom on, but pulled out before I came while holding the condom at the base of my shaft so it wouldn't come off.

I'm not really concerned about this. What I am concerned about is her "grinding" on top of me while we were both naked before the second time we had sex. I know grinding is a very, very low to nonexistent risk for HIV contraction, but I noticed two sores under the tip of the penis afterwards and I don't know whether they're linked to to the 1st episode of drunk sex or the grinding. They weren't bleeding sores; they were red and slightly cracked (like dry skin if you rub it a lot).

I tested negative for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia at 1 week (took antibiotics for both afterwards just to be sure), tested negative for HIV at 4 and 5.5 weeks (antibody test), and negative for Syphilis at 4 weeks.

What is my risk for HIV and other STDs? I'd appreciate everyone's input, especially Teek's.

I don't mean to question your knowledge because you seem like one of the more knowlegeable people on here, but I thought there was a risk if you had sores. Do they have to be bloody I know I had protected sex, but wouldn't grinding with a girl on top put you at exposure to her secretions if they were made their way to the outside of her vagina? The reason I'm asking is because I told a guy at the CDC about the incident and he said I was at risk and likened my exposure to someone having HIV+ blood thrown in their eye.

No, you don't contract HIV unless you have unprotected anal or vaginal sex or you share works with other IV drug abusers.

Whomever you talke to didn't know what they were talking about. You were never at risk.
