Ok, I'm back. I started taking supplements 2 days ago, but I'm still having the same issue. I can say the iching isn't as bad. I started to look further into the issue and I'm almost completely sure that what is happening to me is called Urticaria. Look it up on Wikipedia. That's all I have for now.....
I started getting these red itchy bumps in the middle of January 2011. I had just started working out when I noticed the first bumps. I am a very clean person, but I thought maybe something bit me while I was on the floor doing sit-ups. When the bumps kept appearing in random places I knew that wasn't the case. These red bumps did not have puss or anything and they would disappear after a few hours. Just like many people who describe this same thing, the itching is horrible--- very unbearable. My lip would swell every once in a while. I knew it was not an STD or anything of that nature, so I thought it could possibly be allergies. I started taking Benadryl and it relieved the itching but as soon the Benadryl was out of my system the bumps would reappear. I also knew that I couldn't continue to take medicine because it's unhealthy. Here recently I have had to take more Benadryl throughout the day b/c it seems to not work as well as before.
I was already trying to research the issue on the web, but I realized I had to immediately figure out what was going b/c it was getting worse. I can't afford to go to the doctor, especially since most of the people that have gone to the doctor were still experiencing the "red bumps" after their visit. I've read a lot of similar stories, and only a few make sense and really relate to my situation. Compared to other peoples situation. All I know is when the bumps started to occur I was under a lot of stress & since Benadryl helped I knew it was the anti-histamine in Benadryl that helped. I saw a post on here by leia700 on Dec 27, 2010 at 08:36PM. This person went to a health store and starting using supplements for this issue. Since it seemed like this person was experiencing the exact same thing and the supplements worked I'm going to try the supplements.
I also did research on HISTAMINES. They are released during stress. I found a lot of interesting things on this topic.
I visited the website below:
(I am Christian & this website is talking about Kundalini. I did not get into the details of Kundalini b/c my main concern was histamines & the info on this website was very helpful.)

I have the same thing it's crazy! It's there and it itches soo bad and then the next day it's gone then that after noon it comes back somewhere new. We think my allergic reaction is to new snuggle dryer sheets we recently started using because we threw them out and the reaction has been less severe. I also took benadryl, which helped a lot.
Well,
I've been getting that a lot.
I think I'm allergic to some food additives that mainly added in cakes, ice-cream cookies etc. Now I'm almost completely off those and avoid any diary products. I first thought I was lactose intolerant but small dosage seems to be ok but when I eat those stuff above especially cheap supermarket quality ones, my metabolism gets completely unstable and get those white mosquito bite looking rash all over my body. It also happens when I get stressed. It all started when I'm treated for autoimmune disease due to stress and gained massive amount of weight and trouble losing it now.
Let me know if you find a y solution for it.
I usually take antihistamine tablets to stop the itching.
I also break out what looks like some sort of bug bites, and the itch so bad. I didnt have bed bugs I threw out my bed, i was treated for scabies twice, i have no pets, no one is effected but me, These appear mostly on my arms, my hands and the top of my feet itch periodically. I have been to teh doctor 3 times. when it first happens it looks like I have just been bitten by some sort of bug, then they itch really bad, then they flatten out and start flattening out. I really cant figure this out.
Hi,
This appears to be allergic reaction to some substances. Allergic reactions are common and have been recorded with nearly all substances present in our environment.
Since nearly any substance may cause allergy, it may be necessary to note all episodes of the disorder and then try to find out the cause.
You are right in thinking that this may be due to a bug which may have caused the lesions. such bugs are known to survive in clothes and other personal material and move from one host to the next through them or even from one location to another. there may also be some differences in the response to these bugs and different people may have different responses to them.
hence, it is important that you may take help from a physician who may be able to diagnose and help you with the itching. And also find out if this is allergy and its cause.
Till the time it is not diagnosed, you may use OTC anti histamines and prevent the skin from drying out. You may also look at the image of the scabies disorder and let me know if you see any similarities.:http://www.stanford.edu/class/humbio103/ParaSites2004/Scabies/Scabies%20Home.htm
Hope this helped
