I did  10 lbs but in the process of getting it off...i was much more inactive due to fatige for a while..i wasnt my "go 90 to nothing" self anymore...had to adjust my caloric intake and get back to the gym instead of dooming in my house and feeling sorry for myself....eat healthy and stay active....if i had to do this again..which i hope i never will..i would eat better...i think i felt i had lost one thing and idid not want to lose my ice cream too!

You may but after you are clean you will have one thing on your side.  Your metabolism will start working better.  The pills drastically cut metabolism.  Pills slow heart, slow heart = slow metabolism.  Makes sense, huh?  Working out, you will lose weight faster than ever after you are quit.  Also extreme long term use of opiates can affect metabolism negatively for good.  In other words, you may stay thin for now but later as age slows it anyway, you are doomed.

I quit and find it easier to think clearly. When I say that, I mean when I take the pills it made me fill thinner then I really was. I am actually losing weight because I am more self conscience

the worst thing I ever did for myself was excercise when I was on pills.  When I got off, I could not even bring myself to go to the gym because I was so used to taking a pill and then working out. Now, I am going back and really pushing it so I can loose weight the right way this time.   I agree with worried that if I had to do it again I would not have given in to every dessert that crossed my path during this past month.  Food can easily fill the void that the drugs held so dont even let yourself go down that road.  if you exercise and eat right you will not gain any weight.
