what to do?

sir few days ago i have got a calcification problem to my testice. i have taken an operation to remove that calcification. but now to my left side vein adjusted with testice become paining.it does not pain all the time.it pains certain time &then my that vein becomes expanded.few doctors said that there is another calcification in that vein. but they are not sure.they suggested to wear tight pant or dress & few antibiotic.but there is no result. this pain in vein of testice creates problem to me for 3 months .please tell me what to do?
