Inability or difficulty to see in bright light is known as photophobia. There are many causes of photophobia like migraine, eye diseases like glaucoma, aphakia, iritis, corneal ulcer and cataracts.
I would suggest you to please consult an ophthalmologist and get a complete eye exam done. Take care!

Magnesium supplements are very helpful in prophylaxis of migraine. I would suggest you to try these if possible.
