Tiny white bump

Hi I have had a single tiny white bump under my tongueTongue tie about twiceTwice-a-day before (Right in the middle).I noticed it after having oralChondromalacia patella
Deep venous thrombosis, iliofemoral
Dermatitis, perioral
Femoral hernia
Femoral nerve damage
Femoral nerve dysfunction
Forehead lift
Glucose tolerance test
Herpes labialis (oral herpes simplex)
Oral anatomy
Oral cancer sexBuccal smear
Causes of sexual dysfunction
Child abuse - sexual
Delayed ejaculation
Erection problems
Female sexual dysfunction
Inhibited sexual desire
Orgasmic dysfunction
Puberty and adolescence
Rape
Safe sex and removed it myself both times.It has yet to appear again but what could it have been from?Should I be concerned?

Oh yeah and it didnt really hurt.It just felt like i had a cutCuts and puncture wounds
