Hi,

You may be having an allergic reaction. what does it look like/ have you had something like this in the past? Does it appear to be a confluent rash or is it distinct. does it have any points of pus/blood discharge?

In case this is an allergic reaction you may need to take anti allergics which are available OTC. Also you may use calamine lotion rightataway in case you are unable to see a doctor for some time. please also let us know if you may have used /consumed any new substances in the recent past?

Hope this helped, let me know if you need any more information

Hi
Never had anything like this in the past, which is why I ended up on this site.  No not joined together as such, more like someone with a very fine white pen has dotted lip.  I had some packet noodles that obviously contained MSG.  I have had them before, but proberly not for over a year.

Any information is helpful until I can see my doctor.

Hi,

I also forgot to ask you if you had any fever or malaise during this period?

In a fine line reminds me of a condition called kerotosis pilaris. You can find an image at: http://www.healthopedia.com/pictures/keratosis-pilaris.html

let me know if it looks the same to you.

regards.

Hi,
no fever.  Sorta kinda.  I just took a closer look and they seem to be bunched up at either end of lip.  You know on the hill parts.  I put some solarium on them, NZ medicated cream for sunburn, rashes etc.  Kinda like putting peppermint on lips.  Cant do any harm I thought.  The lumps are less raised than the kerotosis pilaris.
