Does this sound like ovulation to you or is it just me????

Well AF just left 3 days ago after it being heavy and horrible, like the doctor told me since I had that horrid uterine infection. Well my question is this, yesterday I had some horrible cramps along with watery cm. I have been using OPKs since I am not sure when I will ovulate the last two were both - and today when I went to check I had some spotting and my cervix is high and soft. Sorry if TMI!! :o)

One more question.... how long after ovulation spotting do you ovulate so I will know when its time to BD. Thanks :o)
