How to shake off from this illness, and if it's posible????

Hello doctor! I really need your help!
it's will be already 2 years,that I am sick with Chlamydia,before it was just vaginal.
I've got that from my exboyfriend,he was sick,but nothing sayd me.I was leave him.
After few weeks i felt a lot itch,and something looks like" Warts"......
Well, i was worring a lot and decided to visit a doctor. I was doing a lot of diferent tests of blood and vaginal examens,before they was not founding,after few time i was again passing the same examens.And finally my test was showing that I have clamidia vaginal,and in a blood.
Then I have started to be treated: with different antibiotics,creams and e.t.c.
Because of antibiotics I even had a pain in my stomach.And from a cream had burns.
After all that, I did again test of blood,and it was ok.But they told that some persent in my blood remains for all life as a scar.Doctor sayd me it's ok!But I still had vaginal "warts"& continued itch.I was happy to hear & have trusted in the doctor. About one year I had no any symptoms & thought that I has recovered!
And now,I live with my new partner,ofcourse I had sexuel relation & oral sex.But now I'm again begin to feel discomfort.
And again test show me that in my blood "5. "-of clamidii.
Also have a pain in my throat and all my tongue in "WARTS".
PLEASE,PLEASE, HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I am young,have no children & never been married! I would like now to build my family with a children, but how to shake off from this illness once and for all,and then to have a healthy children.....???????
How to shake off from "warts",or they will stay for all life long????
How to cure my throat and my tongue ??????
Whether I can carelessly bring this infection on a skin of head and in eyes??????
And how to fight with....????
PLEASE, doctor,help me! I am suffering a lot!
Give me some course of strong treatment,please!

The blood test is not reliable, and you need to have a swab done of your vagina to find out if you still have chlamydia.
You also need to see a doctor to see what is going on in your mouth. Its not at all usual to get oral warts, so I doubt its that.
I know its scary, but you need to have further testing done now.
