The blood test is not reliable, and you need to have a swab done of your vagina to find out if you still have chlamydia.
You also need to see a doctor to see what is going on in your mouth. Its not at all usual to get oral warts, so I doubt its that.
I know its scary, but you need to have further testing done now.
