I had Lasik done 2 years ago.
Right now I feel like my vision isn't as good as it was when I first had it done.
I don't want my vision to go bad so quickly. What can I do to maintain my good vision?
Besides the obvious like reading when there's not enough light, or reading a book too closely, what other things can I do to help maintain my eyesight?

First, I want to dispell a myth. Reading too close or in dim light does not damage your eyes or your eyesight. If you think about it - how could it. Does it hurt your ears to listen to whispers or listen very closely to soft sounds? Anyway, regarding your eye health, take a daily multivitamin, don't smoke, don't drink excessively, eat a great healthy diet, take omega 3 fish oil supplement, always wear sunglasses when outdoors and proper eye protection when needed, and basically stay healthy, and see an EyeMD ophthalmologist every year.

So there's no way that I can make my vision worse physically?
I was just wondering how do people's vision get worse? I see children who wear glases and wonder what causes them to have bad eyesight at such an early age?
