Penis Problems

Hi i have a really embarrasing problem with that at the opening of my penis has at he tips had this red bluge grow from it, it is closing up the hole in my penis, im really worried about it!. Please Help!

I have a similiar issue, but I think mine was due to using high potency steroid creams to clear a fungal infection. I used them for over a month and got the cream inside the opening. At least I hope that's what's causing it.

Is this out of the blue to you or was there some sort of external stimulus?
