Funny Smell

I have an unusual smell of something hot and burning in my nose when I inhale. It is been going on for about 2 weeks now and finally I saw my doctor. He put me on Keflex for 10 days 3 x's a day, I will be going into my 4th day on Friday and so far it is still very much the same, almost worse then what it was. Should I be concerned with something more serious, such as tumors, or blockage somewhere in my sinuses. I am scared
