About a couple of days ago some of my tooth filling started to fall and then my gums started to hurt and my tooth fells like it is about to fall is there anything i could do with out having my teeth in the back pulled?

You should see your dentist to see what options you have.  The extent of trauma or damage to the tooth will determine whether the tooth can be saved or will need to be removed.  

It can be as simple as replacing the filling but if its more severe, it may require a root canal and/or a crown.
